Buttons - what they look like and why they're cool

Buttons can help make a normal hyperlink stand out. They help to clean up a page and clarify what links are resources and what links will lead students to contribute to a page, submit work, take a quiz,  or advance a module. Buttons can be placed anywhere and within any content or activity area that utilizes the HTML Editor. Below are a few examples.

 

Use buttons when you want students to contribute, say to a "Super Important Survey"

Take the Survey Links to an external site.

This next example button is actually a mistake. Don't push it. (dare you not to push it)
