Welcome to the Tame the To-Do List Challenge

The To-Do list is a great convenience to students, so much so that some of them use it as the only access to your class, undermining your course organization and the connections among assignments. Let's get a handle on how to use the To-Do list to our advantage. This challenge relates to Part II: Design and Organization (Examples A, C, and F) of the MiraCosta Online Class Quality Guidelines.

By the end of this challenge you will be able to:

Understand the different ways students use the To Do list in Canvas
Create a strategy for communicating assignment tasks
Adapt Pages and non-graded assignments as needed, or use assignment due dates to prevent use of the To Do list
Adapt naming conventions for assignments
