Team Member Feedback (Sean Davis - Gender Studies)

To help your team become more effective, give your team-mates some anonymous feedback.  Consider such things as:

• Preparation: Are they prepared when they come to class?
• Contribution: Do they contribute to team discussions and work?
• Gate-keeping: Do they help others contribute?
• Flexibility: Do they listen when disagreements occur?

You have 100 points to distribute among the members of your team.   You must differentiate some in your ratings.  That means that you must give at least one score of 21 or higher (with a maximum of 35), and at least one score of or lower.  Please be honest with your feedback. It will not affect anyone's grade.
