Get help finding resources on- and off-campus to support your basic needs such as food, housing, transportation, mental health, childcare, legal aid, and more. Attend our on-campus CARE Free Food & Resource Market (formerly known as Farmer’s Market) events that occur twice a month. All currently enrolled students are welcome to attend and should be prepared to bring or know their student ID number. Students may access the Campus Food Pantry located on the Oceanside Campus, San Elijo Campus, and Community Learning Center once per day to receive a small meal, produce, and snack items. Currently enrolled students may complete Transportation Assistance to request one-time assistance for a bus pass or a gas card. Student may also enroll in the Uber Discount Program ($10 off per ride to or from a MiraCosta Campus).Apply to Borrow Technology Devices Links to an external site.
Currently enrolled students may complete a Student Technology Request form to borrow technology devices including laptops and mobile hotspots from the MiraCosta Library. Students are eligible to apply each semester if currently enrolled.
